Welcome to The Center for Sacred Vocation.

The Center for Sacred Vocation exists to help individuals, churches, and communities explore and live into their sacred calling and vocation. We share our resources (including but not limited to videos, social media assets, visuals, podcasts, audio, guides, teaching materials, and other content) to be used as freely as possible to help people pursue meaningful work and life aligned with purpose and calling.

While we generally permit distribution of our Content freely (subject to the rules in these Terms of Use), you may only use and distribute The Center for Sacred Vocation Content so long as you do not generate any fee or compensation, directly or indirectly, from its use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are intended to support the broad use of our resources while protecting our content and reputation from misuse or misappropriation.

If you want to use our Content, you must follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you violate these Terms, the revocable license granted to you is immediately terminated.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Center for Sacred Vocation regarding use of the Services and Content.

Because we provide most of our resources free of charge, you acknowledge that we would not provide them without your agreement to these Terms.

The Center for Sacred Vocation exists to serve individuals, churches, and communities seeking deeper clarity around vocation, calling, and meaningful work.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, no individual or organization may profit from our Content.

You may not:

• charge fees to access our Content
• sell our Content
• incorporate our Content into a paid program or product
• use our Content to generate indirect financial benefit

You may also not modify our Content in ways that change its message, meaning, conclusions, or substance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Registration

Some Services may require you to register or create an account.

By registering you represent that:

• you are G
• the information you provide is accurate
• you will maintain the accuracy of that information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

License to Use Content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our Services and Content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

This license may be revoked at any time.

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree that you will not:

• distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory material

Video Content

Some of our videos may be embedded or linked on your website or platform provided that:

You do not:

• charge users to access the video
• modify or edit the video
• upload the video to another server or platform

Audio and Podcast Content

Audio content may only be streamed through authorized streaming platforms.

You may not:

• reproduce
• rebroadcast
• upload
• distribute

audio content without written permission.

Graphics and Downloadable Content

You may download and share graphics or teaching materials provided that:

• they remain free of charge
• they are not modified
• they include attribution

You may print up to 500 copies for free distribution. Larger quantities require permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including text, graphics, audio, video, software, logos, and design — is owned or licensed by The Center for Sacred Vocation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you

Trademarks

“The Center for Sacred Vocation” and associated logos or marks are trademarks.

Use of our trademarks requires written permission unless it qualifies as fair use for attribution.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:

• identification of the copyrighted work
• identification of the infringing material
